A Street Index arranges registered voters by street rather than serving as a general name search. The county limits the lower per-page public rate to political purposes. A Voted Index or Vote By Mail Report concerns election participation or ballot-mail status, not the selections marked on a ballot. Each product remains subject to the contract and the approved use stated to RR/CC.
Safe at Home Voter Protection
The Safe at Home program gives eligible Californians a substitute mailing address, forwards first-class, certified, and registered mail, and can act as agent for service of process. Eligible groups include survivors of domestic violence, stalking, sexual assault, child abduction, elder or dependent-adult abuse, and human trafficking, plus other defined categories and household members who fear for their safety.
Enrollment lasts four years and may be renewed. A participant can request a Confidential Voter Registration Card or Form by calling 1-877-322-5227. Safe at Home does not erase old public records. Participants must ask agencies to replace an address with the substitute address where that change is allowed. For a Pico Rivera voter, confidentiality therefore requires both protected registration and careful follow-through with agencies that already hold older address data.
