A search form sends the name, telephone number, or address entered to the third-party provider that returns the results. We do not retain a separate copy of that query on our servers. If you contact us, we receive the details included in the message and use them to answer.

Our hosting systems create ordinary server logs, which may contain an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregated logs help maintain the site and show which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
What We Do With This Data
We process the data described above to run the site, diagnose faults, measure general traffic, and improve content. We do not sell a visitor list or create individual visitor profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Los Angeles County and California offices, library collections, and third-party search tools. Information sent to those services falls under their policies, not ours. Sponsored search results are also supplied by an outside company with its own privacy terms.

How Data Is Safeguarded
The site uses an encrypted connection, and logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes described here. Since there are no visitor accounts, we do not hold an account password or profile for you.

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may provide rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit certain sensitive-data uses. California's Delete Act also created DROP, which opened for consumer requests on January 1, 2026; registered data brokers begin processing those requests on August 1, 2026, subject to legal exceptions.
